Mobile dating still have a long way to go since currently the functions of most is fairly limited including Club M8. First, you enter a brief description about yourself including your gender, age, where you live, and some of your hobbies with text message to Club M8’s computer system. Then you enter the information of what you are looking for. Club M8 will scan through the profiles for the ones that matches your preferences. If you see a profile you like then you can request a chat with the other person. Your profile is shown to the person and if they accept, then you starting chatting via text message.
Cost
The cost varies depending on your cell phone provider. On most carriers you just pay as you go, with a maximum fee of 99 cents per message received. For Sprint, Nextel and Boost users, they pay a monthly maximum fee of $9.99 that enables you to receive unlimited messages.
